MY FAVORITE ROMANTIC COMEDY!
Sleepless In seattle was a complete waste of time in my humble opinion (ha!). What's so romantic about the film? That film is about destiny and does nothing to stimulate the brain...the same can be said for countless other romantic comedies, but this one sticks out. Graeme Revell (spelling?)'s score and Duncan Sheik's (theme?) song "That Says It All" add a nice touch every now & then and many of the scenes do a good job of showing us how in love the two love interests are with each other and the thing that keeps it interesting is, until the "ending", Oscar (the male love interest counterpart to Neve Campbell's character Amy) cannot have his true love. Amy (read the previous paranthy for same...) is also in love with Oscar, but she doesn't know it, b/c how could you think you're in love with a gay guy? She knows she feels close to him, but she can't just...ya know...; anyway, there's also lots of fun jokes in this film, and there's also a few lame ones as well, but if you can get into the swing of it (there's a lot of swing music in this film...), then you probably won't mind a whole lot...;.
Disappointing
Thank God..i didnt rent this one. saw it on TBS. I couldnt sit through the entire movie.one of the worst movies i have ever seen. Dylan McDormett was wasted in this role. Perry should just stick to tv. the whole gay angle got really tiring as the movie dragged.
