Well, know wonder we won the war with songs like " This Time ", and "Head in the clouds ". Sgt Robt Shanley is the most underated singer, and in this he does a great job.What can you say about Kate Smith and God Bless America, one of the all time greats.If you have at least one patriotic bone in your body then this cd is a must have. I have listened to this cd many times and it still gives me goosebumbs every time I here it. Personally I miss the Irving berlins, and the George M. Cohans. The greatest music ever written. A souvenir from the World War II with Ronald Reagan
Do you remember that Ronald Reagan was an actor before being President of the United States or the voice and image of General Electric. That is true. it is a movie in which Ronal Reagan plys one of the main character. It is also a souvenir of World War I and World War II, a souvenir about the shows to sustain the moral of the soldiers, a souvenir about the army of your father and your grandfather. The movie has succeeded to pass through time but obviously, it is a 60 years old movie that has lost a little bit of its colors. The sound is not perfect but it was a great show. So, why not buying it? It is different and it shows how America supports its soldiers, sailors and aviators.
