ROMANCE AT ITS BEST
THEIS IS THE BEST!!!!! GAY MOVIE I HAVE SEEN. ALL THE ACTORS ARE PERFECTLY CAST AND THE STORY IS TOLD WITH HONESTY AND A TENDERNESS YOU DON'T OFTEN FIND. I DON'T WANT TO GO ON ABOUT THE PLOT, ETC. BUY THIS MOVIE - NOW!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT, ITS WORTH THE PEICE OF AFMISSSION.

So much possibilty wasted
Was this movie made by a committee? It definitely felt like the second half was completely disconnected from the first. In general, though I quite enjoyed the first half, the second half made the whole story trite and meaningless. I particularly resented the self-serving ending - what a crock! Don't waste your time on this one!

I really enjoyed this movie. You knew what was gong to happen, no real surprises but kept my attention.It was a sad drama but had some funny parts as well, fitted into the movie at just the right times.
I would rate it similar in the class of Brokenback Mountain.
