Great value for money DVD's
Amazing collectors edition DVD's packed with massive amount of extras for everyone who loves good quality television. The Simpsons are SMART, FUNNY and VERY ENTERTAINING. You don't know who The Simpsons are , buy these boxes of pure fun and enjoy the show. Great value for money ... Even Mr Burns agrees with me ;) "Excellent!" (from Mr Burns) :)

The Simpsons... since their first TV appearance in the mid-1980's as shorts on "The Tracy Ullman Show," these little yellow guys have captured the hearts of millions. There's always something that is incredibly appealing about the misadventures of this yellow American family that seems to catch our eyes. Whether it be Bart cherry-bombing the school bathroom and causing the principal's mother to be shot up in a toilet geyser in "The Crepes of Wrath" (Season 1, Disc 2; "Antifreeze in the wine? That is a very serious crime!") or Homer trying to shoo Bart the Raven away in "Treehouse of Horror" (Season Two, Disc 1; "Quoth the Raven, 'Eat my shorts!'"), this show has kept our interests for fifteen years and is still running strong in its sixteenth season, making it the longest-running animated show in history.
Now, in this incredible collection of the first 59 episodes of "The Simpsons" (13 on Season 1, 22 on Season 2, and 24 on Season 3), you get every episode the way it was meant to be seen: with no commercials and slower-running credits. Each episode is about 23 minutes and five seconds long, so you will be kept busy for a while, even if you're a long-time die-hard fan or a newly-converted Simpsaniac (like myself). Now, with new extras like scripts, commentaries by creator Matt Groening, audio outtakes, and the BBCTV documentary "The Simpsons: America's First Family," this collection is the ultimate gift for any Simpson fan.
I will end this review with a quote from creator Matt Groening concerning the show's first season: "If Marge, Lisa, Maggie, Homer, and Bart all look weirdly off-model; if the voices sound odd and distorted; just remember: We had no idea what the hell we were doing back then."
