The original PIRATE!!!
I have loved this movie since I watched it as a little girl. The movie is cute and kitschy, with the perfect amount of wit and cheese to make it a classic. We even had a Princess Bride party in college! This edition is very good, with TONS of extras and good little behind the scenes stuff and more extras not seen in the other editions. Plus, it's pretty cool having the choice of either the buttercup or dread pirate edition (both are the same, just the covers are different). I recommend this to everyone who ever watched the movie and like it, this just makes it all the better!

Classic movie--new edition
The Dread Pirate packaging is excellent and the new features are worth spending the money for an upgrade from past versions of the movie on DVD.

Only the Best Story Ever Told
We all grew up with this movie. I have it on VHS and at some points you can't even hear the sound anymore! This edition was worth the buy (not only because of the sound quality) but my boyfriend and I spent an extra hour exploring all the extras on the first night. The best was playing the "Battle of Wits" game. How many quotes from the movie do you know by heart?
