Don't give up, it's so much fun.
I found a few of the moves in this video to be difficult to pick up at first, but I refused to give up because the rest was so much fun. The first time I did the video, I was screwing up some of the moves left and right (some of the moves are easy, some take more coordination), but I was still getting a good workout and kept noticing that I had a smile on my face. It didn't feel like work, it was fun. Stick with it and you will probably end up loving it.
