Useless and Boring DVD
I bought this DVD in hopes that I would learn how to make drinks. Well, I have already watched the bartender (who looks like he is half asleep or borded crazy) make several drinks and I have learned absolutely nothing. All he does is hold a shaker, pour is some alcohol, add in an ingrediant or two, and then pour it into a glass. That's it!

Also, this DVD is so incredibly boring that it is torture to just watch it. I actually felt embarrassed while I was watching it and my husband passed by me. He couldn't believe how lame this DVD was and that I wasted my money in buying it.

Whenever I see that a product on Borders.com has high marks, I sometimes tend to wonder the source of these high marks. In other words, when I see 5 starts being giving to a horrible product, I really wonder who are these people giving the high marks. Are they the actual author of the product, or are they financially connected to the product, or are they just friends who are trying to help a buddy sell a product by reviewing the product, giving high praises, and then giving the product 5 stars? You really have to question this.

If you want to learn how to make drinks, this DVD will not help you. It really sucks.

A must for all interested in having fun
Great DVD, carefully explains drink making, ingredients etc. Even shows experienced bartenders the proper way to mix with some great new recipes. I reccomend this as a learning tool for all hotels, bars and home enthusiasts as a way to impress your customers and friends.

All I ever wanted....And more...
I was always looking for away, to make any party I would have better... As for the drinks I would always strike out.. I had no idea on how to put together, or the proper way a drink should be displayed... (glass, etc..) And by having the "SUMMER QUENCHERS DVD" I was able to get all of the answers I needed.. I was always curios about drink mixing. I would find my self looking in books, and hanging out at bars to find out what was the "NEW THING" at any giving date. So by having this DVD... It allows me to go back in time for drinks, and also gives me the flexability to get familiar with the most modern and unique drinks that are out there.. Some of which I had no idea even existed... So I do suggest to anyone who has been looking for all of the answers on drink mixing, this DVD...
