Star Wars - Episode II, Attack of the Clones (Widescreen Edition) Reviews
I really enjoyed this movie
I grew up watching Star Wars and in all six movies you get your fill of lightsaber battles. Hayden Christensen does an excellent job as Anakin Skywalker, who would eventually become Darth Vader. there is alot of stunt work in this movie and you will see young Boba Fett, before he was a bounty hunter. I wonder when Lucas Films is going to come out with Episode 7, like they promised in the early 90's. all in all it's a great movie series.
Easily one of the most worthless films of the decade
This movie sucks rotten eggs. You get a bunch of lame dialogue, horrible acting, and unconvincing background scenes. The truth is, the Clone Wars cartoons were way better than this pathetic waste of time. If Lucasfilms was going to make the majority of this graphic anyway, why didn't they just make the whole thing a good animated film like Clone Wars?
Another huge dissapointment is finding that a whiny pretty boy is who eventually becomes Darth Vader. Uh...wasn't he supposed to be a great warrior? How is this wuss supposed to become a fearsome ruler? He's just a rebellious snot with a big attitude. But I suppose that's what happens when you film the scenes before you even have dialogue and you let the main costar pick him out.
Do yourself a favor and admit to yourself that this is sheer crap compared to the original trilogy and does it no justice. Search your feelings for what you know to be true...this film was made for one reason - to sell toys.
