Good motivational tool at an affordable price...
A classic... enough said.
Well, I guess I gave the movie 4 stars because not much footage is from the gym - mostly contest stuff (which isn't all that bad and it keeps the movie interesting with the bodybuilders' pranks and such).

It's definitly worth the money - I think I only paid like $9.98 or something like that. But like I said, it's a classic and it WILL motivate you to pump it up.
