I have never liked to excercise, so i tried this yoga video... at first it was very tricky for me, but now i do it EVERY DAY and i like it!! i have become so much more flexible and it has even helped me lose weight... rodney yee is my freakin hero now
Positive for Power Yoga
I really enjoy this video. Went I don't have time to get to the studio I try and throw this DVD in. It is basic enough for beginners and more advanced so it provides a good work out for intermediates also. Definitely worth the money.
