Cameron Crowe, Rene Zelleweger, Cuba Gooding and Tom Cruise were all at the top of their game. The superlative fluidity and cinematic thrill of this successful feature was facilitated by experienced actors in sync, and guaranteed by superb production and studio crafts. A timeless classic - In a class of its own.

The movie is great, but the DVD leaves a lot to be desired. I have to use "captioning for the hearing impaired" and I am not of Latino heritage. This movie does not provide captioning for the hearing impaired in English - but in Spanish.

The producer(s) of this DVD apparently don't care much for the English hearing impaired.
