Harry Potter Is A Joke!!!
Why would anyone waste their time watching this crap! Whoop-De-Do It's Harry Potter...Who Really cares anyway! Some nerdy kid with magical powers, I'd rather see The Incredible Hulk instead at least that's interesting. C'mon people this Harry Potter phase is really getting old! Stop making these stupid movies. I wish I could have ranked all of these dumb Harry Potter movies with 0 stars be they wouldn't let me go lower than 1 star...too bad because all of these movies are simply horrible!!!
The First is the Best So Far
Harry Potter is never as magical as he is in The Sorcerer's Stone, where he and new friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger undertake a dangerous but breathtaking adventure that culminates with a showdown with a dark wizard long believed to be dead.
This is the one that started it all and is based on the book by JK Rowling. Daniel Radcliffe brings the boy wizard to life in such a way that it is now very difficult to imagine Harry the character and not think of Dan the actor. Rupert Grint and Emma Watson co-star as Ron and Hermione with an excellent supporting cast made up of brilliant adult actors such as Maggie Smith, Robbie Coltrane, the late Richard Harris and Alan Rickman as the sinister Severus Snape. A true kid's classic for a modern age with great moral lessons of friendship and courage!
Good movie
I just read the books and had never seen the movies. This was the movie truest to the book. Can't understand why they class this as a kids series.
