Fleetwood Mac - The Dance Reviews
One of my favorite dvd's
A fantastic DVD. Some very great gutair work by Buckingham but he got a little crazy on "Go Your Own Way" and "Tusk". Chistine did fantastic keyboard work Especally on "Temporary One" and "Rihannon".Mick did that CRAZY solo on "Tusk" which was great. John was nothng special, and looked extremley boored trhought out the whole concert and looked very glad when it was over. I also noticed he said nothing at the end. Stevie's voice was the best I have ever heard her sing. "Don't Stop" is my altime favorite FM song and was glad to here the verison they played. Christne McVie's keyboard on this song was and still is the best Rock 'n' Roll piano I've heard which suprised me beacuse Christine dosn't seem like the Rock pianist that she is. Well besides John's sourness, it was the best concert i've ever seen.
The Dance: A Great Fleetwood Mac sampler
If you enjoy the music of Fleetwood Mac but are not into building a library of their music, "The Dance" would be an excellent DVD to purchase. The disc contains 22 songs: mostly popular hits by Stevie Nicks, Lindsay Buckingham and Christine McVie, that will probably get you singing along. Recorded before a live audience at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, the set is an interesting, constantly-changing, light show. The program builds to an energetic conclusion featuring two numbers with the USC Trojan Marching Band. The Trojans bring the audience to their feet cheering for their performances of "Tusk" and "Don't Stop." Even Fleetwood Mac gained some extra energy from the college performers. "The Dance" is a DVD that you will enjoy many times, even if you are just a casual Fleetwood Mac fan.
