Best Sci-Fi series in over 30 years FULL SKULL BABY!

This series is in a league of its own - there is absolutely nothing else that compares with it! The writing, cinematography, music score, special effects and acting set a new standard for Sci-Fi. Over the past 30+ years, the only thing that possibly comes close is the original Star Trek series - and even that's debatable.

"Ground-breaking" may be an over-used cliche, but it certainly applies in this case.

If you only buy one sci-fi DVD set this year (or even this decade!), make it this one.

Like others have mentioned, they bought this after reading some reviews about it. This is one of my favorite all time series. Great characters and great writing and great special effects. Was this on Fox....? They are as stupid as the other regular tv stations (cbs, nbc, abc)... I think the Scifi channel should pick it up and continue it. It deserves to live....

I loved this show when it was on the air and I now have had the chance to share it with my husband, with the DVD set. He really enjoyed it and wanted to know if there were more shows he could watch. I get so frustrated with the network's brass when they don't give a show the chance to make it! This is a GREAT and a worthwhile DVD set. Too bad we can't find a way to get it back on the air!
