You know I love Las Vegas, and I love the book itself, and this movie is a faithful portrayal of the former and adaptation of the latter.

This is my all time favorite movie
There is no film I can relate to more than this one.......Johnny Depp is a genius in his portrayal,......as is Hunter S. Thompson, in general, of course. 'When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.'

Comical, weird, and some social insight.
this movie is a real trip. after i was done watching this film, i felt like i had just gone on a vaction with a drugged out journalist and a psycho lawyer. i was not around in the 60's and 70's so i dont know if it has accuracy to the times. one of my favorite movies, check it out.

we can't stop here! this is bat country!
