Very funny shows
I'm not one for network TV, preferring cable channels or my DVD collection. Ellen was one of the few differences though. This show is so well written and funny, fresh and original, I just love it.
I don't know if the reruns are chopped up, but if you enjoyed the show, but the set and have them. You'll watch them over and over.
The DVDs are great, but I wish they'd had more extras other than some commentaries. Outtakes would have been awesome

Ellen DeGeneres is a great, great comedian you can't have me wrong on that one. I am only 13 years old and still I can understand the brilliant humor this sitcom has. I started watching it on the Oxygen channel until it was taken off of the channel. So then I went to amazon.com and bought the 1st season as well as pre-ordered the 2nd season which is appeared to come out Feburary 22nd, 2005. This DVD set is good but it is too "plain". It barely has any bonus features and only features 11 episodes which I watched in two days! I cant wait for the 2nd season to come out because it is expected that it would have more than 11 episodes! I am an Ellen fan and even watch her talk show "Ellen" everyday! Ellen rocks but these sets have to improve!
