Yet another Masterpiece
First, let me say that the previous review by 'leahj10 from Beltsville, Maryland United States' was very funny. Apparently she is under the impression that the Circle Tour in 2000 was an EARLY Izzard tour and that D2K and Glorious came after that. Too funny, as most Izzard fans know that Circle was the most recent tour, as Glorious was in 1997, and Dressed to Kill 98/99, so in fact Circle was after those tours.

Also, I was fortunate enought to catch Eddie's 2003 Sexie tour in SF, and eagerly await the US DVD release for this tour.

Now, back to the DVD. While it is a bit more polished than the earlier releases, I believe this still warrants addition to all collections of comedy geniuses such as Sellers, Python and Carlin.

Not D2K, But Still Pretty Darn Good...
I had to give Circle a total of four stars out of five simply because the behind-the-scenes footage was so great. Seeing Eddie drunk and breaking down into a fit of giggles was truly priceless.

The Circle performance itself was nowhere near the outrageous lunacy of D2K, but it still had glorious shining moments. As mentioned in previous reviews, The Deathstar Cantina and the monkey bits were some of the best.

If you are a hardcore Eddie fan, then you must own this DVD. If you are a beginner, start with Dress to Kill or Glorious, then watch Circle. Definite Article and Unrepeatable are also fabulous. As you can see, I am an Izzardite, so I know what I am talking about. Really, I do. Now shut up and go watch a video.

Not as good as "Dress To Kill"
"Circle" is OK, but I wish I rented it instead of buying it. Highly recommend "Dress To Kill".
