Very relaxing!
I have this video and have purchased it for numerous friends as birthday presents. It is easy to follow and very relaxing. Anyone new to yoga will be able to learn the jargon and some basic poses. The instructor has a soothing voice and good flow. I definitely recommend the DVD!

Crunch - Candlelight Yoga
Good for the beginner to interm. yoga student. I personally like Sara Ivanhoe and her style of yoga. I bought this to update another one of her tapes/DVD's. She has a very down to earth approach, which helps you to just go with the process.


Gentle, relaxing yoga
I have only done the evening/relaxing segment of this video, but I have done it many times. It's very soothing, and on the nights I do it, I definitely sleep better. If this is what you're looking for in a yoga video, this one's for you!
