I happened to catch this one night on the Sci-Fi channel. I can honestly say that this is the worst movie I've seen all year. You have to wonder that when someone reads a script like this, that the movie still gets made.

One thing though, this movie is perfect for it's great unintentional [or was it intentional??] comedic value. The plot of the movie is just silly, and the writing is even more absurd. The leader of the robbers is the most ridiculous stereotype of a black man I've seen in any movie. Why are the robbers even in the story at all?

Without them, we wouldn't have the hillarious scene where they cap off dozens of rounds into the baby croc, and one of its feet can be seen floating in the water. This is followed by the brilliant line delivered by the lead robber "Yo man, jump in there and check that (...) out!" There was a very excessive amount of swear words, even for this kind of movie, especially the 'f-word'.

Towards the end of the movie, the scenes just become more and more laughable. One that stands out in particular is when the croc snatches a helicopter out of the air, and pulls it into the marsh where it explodes!

Don't even get me started on the helicopter pilot. He turns on the heros and leaves them, to later explain that he just had to get the last bad guy? What kind of plot device is that?

If you're in the mood for a good laugh, then check this one out if it's on TV. I occassionally like to watch bad movies on TV just for the unintended comedy, and this one had me laughing the whole way through. But I wouldn't buy it. I can't even recommend a rental.

An ok movie
I recorded this on the Sci fi channel last week.Its pretty good,but the first movie was much better.I bought Crocodile 1 on Amazon last year.I heard Crocodile 2 had a lot of cussing in it so I didnt buy it.On t.v theyre not aloud to cuss.Anyway heres what happens.Four theives rob a bank and get on a plane going to Alcapolco,Mexico.Soon they get caught in a storm and are orderd to turn around.When the theives here this they get there guns(how they got them on the plane,I dont know)and make the pilots keep going.They shoot 1 of the pilots and 2 other passengers.The plane crashes in a swamp and blows up.There are 9 survivors.The surviving women are the 2 stewardess and a young mexican nurse.The surviving men are the 3 theives(the 4th one died in the crash),the pilot,a genus teenager,and a snaughty hispanic lawyer.The pilot is soon killed by a small crocodile.The villans shoot it and it dies.The mother croc sees and of course she goes on a killing spree.Also the stewadess boyfreind finds out that the plane crashed and hires a tracker to help him find her.When they get tere they to are held hostage with the others.One by one the crocodile gobbles down everyone until the stewadess and her boyfreind are left.In the end they blow the croc into peices and get away and live happily ever after.I would recomend a rental,not a buy.Anyway you will have a good time watching this.
