Concerto Suite for Electric Reviews

A Quantum leap... FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! empty skull, sniff.
These DVD I personally own it and view them. And in my opinion, Yngwie as one of my influences in guitar, has come up with something that I think He`s proud of... a classical sound. When the first time i heard it in cd, It`s like a barouque music in style and i said these was great, a great achievement for someone like Yngwie that`s not fully trained as classical guitarist rather a rock guitarist can make a composition like these A "Concerto Suite for electric guitar", If you`re a classical lover, you`ll defenitely like this one. It`s definitely hard to compose a Concerto, as there are many things to be considered like a theme, which is very important key change, 3 things to be considered here, a "Exposition, Development and Recapitulation", if you want to compose a concerto. these kind of pieces is never meant to Rush, and yngwie is right on that, it takes time and ideas but some themes in his concerto is a riff from his previous composition, just like in the 2nd movement of the piece, he inserted a chorus part of "Don`t let it end"... definitely a great acheivement...
