Great WW2 series
I grew up watching this series and when it came out on DVD I had to have it! I was not disappointed. The acting is still good and the stories are great.
I am pacing myself and hope to have the whole series by Christmas time. ( that was a hint to my wife if she reads this.)
A Young Combat Fan
Growing up, my mother used to always swoon over Vic Morrow and this "Sgt. Saunders." I bought her this box set for Christmas and I've never seen her so thrilled. Never having seen the show (I am 29) and wanting to see what the big deal was, I find myself really hooked. The acting is not corny as it tends to be in the early TV dramas, and I just dig that Vic Morrow--almost as much as my mom! This is a great TV show and I highly recommend it for people of all ages.
