Fast and straightforward
The segments are fast, but easy to follow. It feels a bit short (can you really get a workout in 7-12 minutes???) but the exercises are challenging. Overall an enjoyable and straightforward video with no frills.

Classic
This dvd is a classic for a reason. It is well produced, clearly shot and explained, and easy to follow. If you are interested in learning or practicing Pilates in your own home, this is a great place to start.
