Bumblebee Flies Anyway Reviews
Interesting.
I thought this was a pretty good movie and i admit I wanted to see it because of elijah wood.. he is just great and does a good job in this movie! I also like Joe Perrino.. at first i didnt even know he was in it too, then i saw it had 2 of my favorite actors together and was excited! It took me a few viewings to actually get it because it seems confusing at first. And i thought the ending was very well done.
What if you had to sacrifice your past to gain a future?
What if you woke up one day, in a strange place, knowing you have never been there before? What if you couldn't remember how you got there, or worse, couldn't remember your own name. This is exactly the situation that young Barny Snow (Elijah Wood) has been placed in. The only amnisatic patient in a terminal illness hospital ward, "The Bumblebee Flies Away" tells the story of Barny's quest for his past. With the help of a new aquaintance (Rachael Leigh Cook) and a mysterious experiment known only as "The Bumblebee Project", it soon becomes apparent that Barny's search for his past could lead to ultimate disaster. The movie leaves the audience with a very difficult question. What is more important to a person, the knowledge of the past, or the hope of the future. Filled with heartfelt scenes and exellent charaters, "The Bumblebee Flies Away" shows the audience that even though a bumblebee's body is too large for his tiny wings to carry in flight, when it is mind over matter, the bumblebee flies anyway.
