I play this at night on repeat. It really helps me to sleep and has a strong effect on my dreams.

Products claim to do this or do that. AB-Zappers, mega-nutrients, Fat Nukers etc. There is a lot of bologna out there. The Innerscape Adventure DVD is the real deal thing. It is like a trip deep into a monk's brain.. It is like BABOOM BADABING I am relaxed just like that - no matter how P.O.'d I just was. A pal of mine told me that it was like cheating at meditation. I said hey, that is fine with me because I don't have time to go to some Zen-Guru school or whatever. Buy it, Try it, LOVE IT! I should also tell you that this is also great make out material because it sets a great mood.
