A great movie of great times
As one of the reviewers said, it was GREAT to be a teenager in the late `50's and early `60's. I was 18 in '62 and wouldn't trade the memories of those times for anything.
When kids today ask me what it was like when I was a kid, I tell them, "Watch American Graffiti". It's all pretty much there.
The kids, the cars, the cruising, the music, Wolfman Jack, the gym dances, drive-in's with REAL burgers and carhops on skates. Anyone out there remember cruisin' the A&W with their 5 cent rootbeer?
It's all there... American Graffiti. A really fun movie with wonderful memories.
George Lucas... you "done good", son.

American Graffiti (Collector's Edition)
This movie accurately depicts the era that was one of good times without drugs and rap (gutter) music. Times have changed just as people change but it is great to return to the memories of a time before lowered standards, outsourcing, being politically correct and illegal aliens. Thanks for the memories and an excellent movie.
