Peaceful, Effective Yoga
I just recently bought this DVD and I am so pleased. I teach yoga and everyone seems to be moving towards "power yoga". I found this DVD to be gentle, peaceful and effective which is the type of yoga teacher I want to be. The scenery and music is beautiful and I can't remember the last time I saw an African American (especially one who looks so much like me :) on a yoga DVD. Thumbs up!

This was my very first yoga vhs and its still the best . I love the calm imagery and music. Get this one . You won't be dissappointed.
