Rather Rushed for Beginners FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! empty skull, sniff. empty skull, sniff.
This DVD would be good if you are already experienced with yoga and have a busy schedule in which you want to squeeze in about a 20 minute secession in the morning, evening, or both. On the other hand if you have very little to no yoga experience I would not suggest this one. I don't think this is really for beginners as the title suggests. It moves much too fast for a beginner with little instruction. They do briefly tell you want to do as they are doing it but there is no time for someone new to get use to it as things just keep moving right on most likely faster than someone new would like. This DVD is ok, but I find myself using others more often and I would suggest other DVDs for beginners that take more time such as Mantra Girl Presents - An Introduction to Kundalini Yoga and Chanting.

Yoga For The Not So Beginner FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! empty skull, sniff. empty skull, sniff.
While the instruction in this beautifully done DVD is clear, I found that the poses are not for beginners. I have been doing yoga for eight months and struggled with getting into some of the poses properly. The A.M./P.M. format is GREAT!

One of the Originals FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY!
This was one of the very first really good yoga dvd's, and as such, it deserves a place in everyone's collection who enjoys doing yoga in the privacy of one's own living room. A classic, and well worth the money.
