Disappointing FULL SKULL BABY! empty skull, sniff. empty skull, sniff. empty skull, sniff. empty skull, sniff.
This should be titled pre-beginner. The morning exercise hardly even gives you a stretch. It really is just a waste of time. The afternoon exercise is a little more of a stretch, but neither is close to being a good solid yoga stretch/workout. I am just a beginner, but this is totally a waste of time and very limited energy.

Mixed - partly wonderful, partly not so much... FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! FULL SKULL BABY! empty skull, sniff.
I love Rodney Yee's morning practice. It's gentle but not boring. I like the streching. I do wonder what advanced yogis do in the morning...

I did not like the PM one so much. I guess Patricia Walden drove me mental with the 'soft, deep inhalations....deep, soft exhalations..." OK OK, I get the breathing thing. I guess it's a personal review then. I do like what she does, but not as much as what Yee does. He's fantastic. Not at all annoying (like some yoga people, e.g. Bryan Kest)
