It's a Thriller!
And what a thriller it is.
Samuel L Jackson is in everything. He's even in snakes on a plane.
Its discontinued in Australia. Discontinued like the Disney Discontinued Diamond that was so discontinued it didn't exist.
Thrills n spills abound in this film.

Top of the line DVD
In terms of movie directing and production, your not going to get much better than this. This is rated in the elite storyline - concept films. Jackson deliveres a superb perfomance and you can tell he let the script "IN" before he read the lines. This is put on the Shawshank Redemption list because of it's ability to soak you into the story without being the tacky Hollywood production like most American films. All I can say is "Buy this movie".

a chilling and remarquable movie
187 is a movie that shocked me and really interested me throughout. The only reason I saw it was because of samuel L. Jackson as he is my favorite actor. He once again gave a brilliant performance as a caring teacher literally driven to madness. The movie opens in New York with Trevor Garfield (Samuel L. Jackson), a high school teacher getting stabbed by his gang memeber student in his side. He moves to La to restart his life. This time, he's a susbstitute teacher, teaching on dangerous grounds. He is a nice man, having to choose between what is right and wrong when his gangland students threathen him and his friends. I cried very hard in this movie, for a reason I can't reveal, and admired this courageous teacher, a man that only wanted his life back.
Jackson is perfect for the role and really delivers. I seriously hope that all of you see this masterpiece that is a drama and not an action movie like Blockbuster classifies it as being. So, check it out because what you'll find is an unheard of gem worthy of remarquable praise.
