A great movie that everyone will love.
I remember when I first watched this movie at the cinemas, when it first came out. But recently, I watched it again, it was great! I wasn't bored of the story-line and I found the whole movie hilarious. The movie is all about a young girl called Jenna who is 13, but wishes she was 30. So, when one birthday she is given a pack of wishing dust, her dream comes true. Popular, trendy and fasionable, the new Jenna starts off her new life in perfect happiness. But soon she realises the truth- being 30 and beautiful isn't all that great.

A great movie. I really liked Jennifer's acting, which was exceptional compared to all her previous movies that weren't that great.

Fun little movie
o.k., so it's a little cheesy at times, but this is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I love the 80's flair...it takes me back to when I was in junior high. It's great how it shows how popularity can turn you into a jerk and to not forget who your real friends are. Good lesson and funny delivery

Lovely movie
What could have happened had we made different choices in our lives? This movie ends up being so fresh, entertaining and enjoyable, because it manages to handle such a deep, challenging (and common) question in a lighthearted, funny and lovable way.

The Garner/Mark Ruffalo duo is unbelievably fresh, and the pair deliver great romantic scenes and touchy lines while revisiting the close friendship they once had, and realizing how sad it is that life had ended up breaking apart two truly soul-mates like them.

The 80's revival (music, attire, looks) portrayed in the movie is also a catch for any reminiscent 80's adolescent (aren't we all contemporary adults?). For every JenGarner fan, "13 going on 30" is a must-see since she proves capable of handling total opposite roles to the ones we are used to see her doing (Alias, Elektra). Demonstrating also her comedy skills and proving why she is one of the most beloved actresses in entertainment today.

Just lovely!
